Aequa is a pressure-sensing balance board with rockers that tracks weight shifts and posture.
It arrives inside the NeuroBLAST Starter Pack, so shifting weight on the board becomes the input that controls a supported activity on the NeuroBLAST tablet.

What Aequa does
Weight shifts become the game control
Aequa reads how weight moves across its pressure-sensing surface and hands that to the activity on screen, so balance work has a visible task and immediate feedback.
The person practising sits or stands on the board, depending on the activity and their plan.
The board measures weight shifting and postural stability.
The data is transmitted to the NeuroBLAST software on the tablet.
The software turns those shifts into visual feedback inside the game being played.
How Aequa works in practice
From a level surface to on-screen feedback

Place Aequa on a stable, level surface with a clear area around it, and fit the balancing attachments the activity calls for.

Whether the person sits or stands depends on the activity and their plan. Ask a qualified clinician whether standing balance work is appropriate, keep the area clear and provide the supervision the plan calls for.

Use responsibly
Know when to pause and ask a clinician
NeuroBLAST provides interactive tools for guided movement and balance practice. It does not diagnose a condition, select a treatment plan or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
- Use Aequa on a stable, level surface with a clear area around it. Provide caregiver or professional supervision whenever the person's plan calls for it.
- Ask a qualified clinician whether a specific activity and device are appropriate for the person practising, especially after injury, surgery or a change in symptoms.
- Stop the activity if the person practising experiences pain, dizziness, unusual fatigue or loss of balance, and seek appropriate professional guidance.
- Do not open or attempt to repair the device. Stop using it after impact, liquid exposure, visible damage or unusual heat, odour or smoke, then contact NeuroBLAST support.
- Follow the quick-start guide and the on-screen activity instructions supplied with the pack.
