Naša mreža Interviews Marko Grujić

In a Naša mreža interview, Neuroblast cofounder Marko Grujić explains how personal experience, engineering, and the need for consistent rehabilitation came together in one product ecosystem. The conversation follows the project from its earliest prototype to production planning and clinical use.
Marko's interest in hardware and programming began at the Nikola Tesla School of Electrical Engineering and continued through information systems studies and years of software, electronics, and IoT development. His work on systems combining hardware and software provided the practical foundation for building Neuroblast.
The idea began after Marija Grujić was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2017. The family saw the value of neuroplasticity-based rehabilitation, but also the difficulty of maintaining regular exercises outside specialist centers. Marko describes how this led them to connect therapeutic movement with visually engaging video games that could support motivation at home.
The interview also covers support from StarTech, an EIT program organized by Roche, and the Katapult accelerator, as well as product design, manufacturing, certification, and clinical testing. The team emphasized portability, adaptive software, and games designed to remain engaging over repeated sessions.
