Forbes Srbija Features Neuroblast

Forbes Srbija featured Neuroblast in the first episode of the new season of Forbes Magazine on N1. The report presents the Serbian startup as an example of how advanced technology and medicine can come together in practical home rehabilitation.

From personal experience to a rehabilitation platform

Cofounder Marija Grujić explained that her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2017 led her to explore the importance of rehabilitation alongside medical treatment. A visit to a robotic rehabilitation clinic in 2019 reinforced the need for consistent exercise, while daily access to clinic equipment remained unrealistic.

Marija and Marko Grujić, a software and hardware engineer, used that challenge as the starting point for a device that could support regular exercise at home. That idea became Neuroblast.

Motus and Aequa turn movement into gameplay

  • Motus attaches to the affected limb and translates the user's movements into video game controls, encouraging repeated movement through visual feedback.
  • Aequa supports balance training on a platform where shifting weight from one leg to the other controls the game.

The Forbes feature also highlights the international innovation recognition and funding that are helping the founders continue product development. Read more about the MBRIF Most Impactful Business award and explore the NeuroBLAST Starter Pack for the home-based approach behind the story.
